Shipping

Every item is printed to order. We dispatch within 3–5 working days of payment, and delivery usually takes a further 2–7 days depending on your PIN code.

Delivery costs ₹60 per order and is free on orders of ₹999 or more. We share tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns, cancellations & refunds

Because each item is personalised for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing; message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the preview you approved, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll reprint it free or refund you in full.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Terms of service

By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to use any photo, logo or text you upload, and that it isn’t offensive or unlawful. We may decline an order that breaks these terms and refund you in full.

Screen colours can look slightly different from printed colours. Photo quality depends on the image you upload; we’ll contact you if a photo is too low-resolution to print well.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to make and deliver your order. Your uploaded photos and designs are stored securely and used only for printing your order, and we delete them within 90 days.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone except our delivery partner.
