Questions people ask
- How long does delivery take?
- Most orders are printed in 1–2 working days and reach you in 3–5 working days, anywhere in India.
- Can I return a personalised item?
- Because each item is printed with your own text or photo, we can’t resell it, so personalised orders aren’t returnable. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the proof you approved, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we’ll reprint or refund it.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI. Scan the QR or tap through to PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or any UPI app. We confirm every payment before printing.
- What image should I upload?
- The largest version you have. A photo straight from a phone camera is ideal; a screenshot or a picture saved from WhatsApp is usually too small and can look blurry when printed.
- Do you print bulk orders?
- Yes — gifts for weddings, offices, colleges and events. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and we’ll quote you.
- Is delivery free?
- Delivery is ₹60, and free on orders over ₹999.
